They did not build this place with insulation. I understand that you may hear some things from a neighbor but you can hear everything. Other apartments I've lived in I couldn't hear my neighbors because there was insulation between the walls. This has been the most expensive and the most not worth your money place I've ever lived. They do not have proper security anybody that lives the door opened or is coming through the can just walk in without living here. Other apartments have security guards in case of an emergency.
